"Stay started bad as my reservation was filed incorrectly causing a delay. Room was good and clean. We unfortunately picked a day when the hotel was having a Nativity show which meant we could not get a drink or food to after 9pm.due to the amount of people going to the show.
If we were informed of this event we could have made alternative plans for dining.
Also the staff could have helped more in expediting out drink order."
