"Really good hotel, clean, comfortable, great aircon welcome on a very hot day, easy walk into central Rouen. Would stay again."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring. Breakfast buffet was okay but hot food was not good. Food in bar and dinner...

"The location is out of the main attractions and you need to pay for parking lot 8euros for day, that it s expensive. Same about breakfast 12.50 for a basic continental. The staff was really nice and helpful. It would ne nice to upgrade tv with smart tv."
