Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"This property was in an ideal for us and is very well presented. The apartment is clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable. Check-in was easy, as was parking. The only downside was the traffic noise as it is located on the main road into the city but only between the hours of 7am and 11pm so sleeping wasn't an issue. Crockery was a bit light on and the sofa was trendy but very uncomfortable."

"The property was neat and tidy. The "pull down" bed was not disclosed in the advertising which was a bit of a shock. Although I must say the bed was comfortable. The toilet area is a gold fish bowl with see through glass on both sides so anyone entering the premises can see you on the toilet as can people in the lounge room and also those sitting at the dinner table (yuck). Also I was made uncomfortable by the graphic pornographic images available on the television. Car park instructions...

"There were some significant problems with the apartment, particularly the cleaning. It appeared that one or more workers had been in since the place was cleaned. There was dust from drilling on the floor in the bathroom, the rubbish bin in the bathroom was not emptied, there was a shampoo bottle on the floor, and there were some cut pieces of wire insulation in the living room.
