I believe this is our first visit to a Holiday Inn Express. This seemingly new location was just wonderful and the breakfast surpassed our expectations. We were impressed.

Overall a good stay, I had a couple of issues and each time there was no one at the front desk to speak with and I had to wait each time, the second time I waited for approximately 5 minutes!!

We were very happy with our experience. The expedia listing states that breakfast starts at 5 but it does not. Other than that everything was amazing!

Clean, comfy and quiet
Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Offered a great hot and cold breakfast in the morning, the pool is open late. Fitness center is open 24/7.

It is so noisy. The guests around me are very loud and the walls are thin and you can hear conversations all around you

Nice hotel with friendly service. Breakfast was good with many options. The bed was awful though, I found it very uncomfortable. A good hotel but the beds could be better.

Staff seem overwhelmed
It's obvious this hotel is new. I don't fault the staff entirely for figuring things out, but I also get the impression this is a long-standing problem where checking in, checking out, etc. is a confusing mess for them. I tried checking out early one morning but no one was around, so I just left a note on a keyboard and had to walk out.

The cleanliness and breakfast was very good We came to visit our son who is there for the summer he was only 12minutes away which was nice after traveling 8hrs
