What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date.
But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos.

Amazing hotel, lovely clean rooms. Lovely atmosphere. Very accommodating. Has its own pier with hotel transfer continently located right outside Marco Polo airport. 5* all day long.

I would not advise to go to this property. We were deprived of the transfer from airport to hotel by water taxi with a drink which is why I chose this hotel, two days before we were due to go I was sent an email to say the boat was broken and we would have to find our own way to the island.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were delicious and easy to access as there are multiple restaurants and a bar within the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my first time in Italy.

The property is the beautiful island Murano which is around 40-45 minutes away from Venice by a very convenient ferry ride.
The hotel property was great, the food was incredible with lot of choices at breakfast buffet and wonderful sering staff.
We had a Junior suite booked overlooking the canal with a very scenic morning view.
The hotel staff at the reception was alright, there were some issues with my booking with expedia where hotel couldn't find the reservation. We waited for 30 minutes at the reception trying by ourselves to sort it out (as told by the reception desk), finally after intervention the issue got resolved. They could have been kinder and more compassionate.
Overall a good place to stay if you don't mind the commute.

Clean & modern, very welcoming staff, easy transfer from rail station: service 4.2 departure point D. 24 hrs pass cost €25 from machine or ticket desk nearby, Free transfer to airport. Regular boats to Venice. Nearby co op supermarket, quiet walks around island as well as busy shopping area.

We loved the staff, they were friendly and helpful, and had an excellent dinner at the restaurant served by again a great staff. Our room was clean and orderly. We also enjoyed being on Murano Island away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. My only slight against this hotel would be the lack of air conditioning which made sleeping difficult at times. They do have a water cooling system but it is not strong enough for hot days and nights.

Stayed for 2 nights in October 2023 and we had the most pleasant stay possible. Nice staff at check in, the rooms are nice and clean with a great bathroom ( all things which are not necessarily easy to find in Venice ). The complementary boat transfer is a proper treat! If we ever go back, we will definitely be happy to stay here again.

We received a warm welcome from reception when we arrived with information about the hotel and its services and getting around Murano and Venice.
The room was lovely and comfortable, clean but dark because of the room within a warehouse style so although you have windows there is an outer shell of brick work which leaves you a small area for the light to get in. We could hear staff chatting on the floor below and looking down were all the empty crates and bottles. there were various optional teas and a coffee machine. We had two cups and one saucer so thought the second one would arrive but didn't.
We used the inside hotel bar and restaurant the first evening but found the bar area dark and not welcoming. The barman was cheery and lit the candles. We went in for a meal at the arranged time and service was slow even from standards we had received travelling around Italy. Our meals were unappealing but with no real choice at night (7.30) to go anywhere else we had to eat it. I had risotto.
There appeared to be other guests getting served their courses and drinks at a speedier rate but we waited so so long after the risotto we left and never went back.
The Riva bar outside was excellent in its atmosphere and service.
In our opinion, the dining experience left a bad taste about this hotel and would not recommend it.

You couldn’t beat the location. The vaporetto station for going to Venice was right in front of the hotel. We took the complementary hotel water taxi shuttle to and from the airport and it was efficient and on time. The women at the front desk were very helpful in providing restaurant suggestions. We made the right decision in deciding to stay on Murano instead of in Venice.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent convenient location in Murano. The breakfast was excellent quality.
One complaint was that our room faced the courtyard/restaurant and there were people chatting/laughing well past midnight every single night and the window does not block out noise. Does the restaurant not have a close time?
