"We stayed at Monsoon Grande in Dec 2019. The view of the tea plantation from the room was wonderful, but it's far away from most place without private transportation. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was clean. But the couch and sofa had stay and there was mildew in the shower and there was a very humid smell in the room in general. It's really humid up there and the room didn't seem ventilated enough. There were ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, but no AC.

"The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor."
"Front desk and management were superior! The area around the properties were lovely and wild! The rooms are nestled amid the trees and the morning bird calls are so serene. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but everything worked and the room was spotless. A great place to stay."
