"great friendly hotel in best location"

"First time in my many travels I left a hotel, but never expected so many issues during check in. Knowing I would be tired after travel I did online check in, but didn't help at all. When I arrived there was on person at reception with 3 in queue. They have check in machines in the lobby, but both I tried kept freezing at loading reservation. "Quite noisy, the twin room is located in huts in common area. Toilets quite unclean. Showers disappointing."

"The mural in the bedroom wall was beautiful. The view of the street was perfect to relax and people watch. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Best beds in Europe. It was clean. Bakery next door. We did a tour all over Europe and this hotel was our favorite."

"This is the worse experience, they fixed the payment credit card, it didn’t work my three credit cards, because they wanted only cash I listed other customers with the same problem, finally a paid with cash, my room was like jail cell 8x5 , not a bathroom, not a single chair to sit on it , we had to put everything on the floor, the bank beds a nightmare, we share a bathroom,the bathroom 2.5x6ft , if you take a shower the toilet and the sink got wet , stairs to the second and 3th floors 6 inch...
