"The shuttle was really late for pick up. The front desk gave me the wrong timing for dinner at a restaurant, the burger place food leaves a lot to be desired. The room is not well thought out - took awhile to figure out how to turn the lighting the bathroom (it was connected to the light for the hallway on delay), no outlets by the bed to charge technology, no hand towels. Basic hotel, somewhat outdated."

"This was rated over 8 on a scale of 1-10. I honestly don't understand how. I am not a super picky person and I understand that for the price I paid I am not getting a first class experience. With that in mind it would make zero sense for me to complain about the size of the room, which was pretty small, but can accept. What is worth mentioning is that the air conditioning didn't work. It was uncomfortably warm in there. The next night we opened the window and got some relief, but couldn't keep it open because there was no screen and there were mosquitos. Additionally, the sink didn't drain properly, so we had to be very careful not to rinse our mouths into the sink after brushing or it would sit there for hours while it slowly drained. I did not bring any of this to the attention of the staff. I didn't want to bother them and figured there was not much they could do anyway. Maybe I should have and they would have moved me to a different room. They were very nice and polite or other questions I had and also made sure we had the size bed I had paid for, so that was nice. Would I stay again? Maybe. It depends on what else was available when I booked. the location was definitely convenient."

"Every aspect of the hotel was spot on no faults. Even when I was emailing the evening before my arrival to arrange something nice in our room to surprise and celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. It didn’t seem too much trouble and emails were answered promptly. Thank you all for making it a special weekend. Kind regards Steve Riley"

"The staff are pretty unhelpful and quite rude. It’s a really hands off experience. No way of contacting reception. No water in the room. Nothing to do around the property. Rooms are comfy and clean. The station is very near to get into the centre of town"

"What a great experience! This place has such a cool vibe. Rooms are tiny but modern or even futuristic! The “living room” atmosphere on the main floor was funky and fun. The food and drink was great. We really enjoyed our stay, so close to the (at) the airport! Loved it!"
