"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

We had some problems checking in; we paid twice for some water we took from the room's minibar, and the staff, looking at the payment receipt from the app, forced us to pay again. They weren't at all helpful and were very rude."
