A cama parecia estar quebrada , barulhenta ao se mexer. Travesseiro desconfortável So tinha uma toalha, éramos casal. Quanto ao atendimento e a limpeza , isso foi impecável.

Um pouco mais de cuidado na limpeza

Acho que houve somente uma falta de comunicação entre entre um dia e outro na reserva pois deixamos a chave na recepção e falamos que iríamos voltar porém o pessoal da limpeza jogou nosso sabonete da natura novinho que levamos pois nossa pele é mais sensível fora e não perguntaram nada e já tínhamos deixado ele separado bonitinho no box do quarto

Os funcionários são excelentes! Atendimento nota 10. Mas o proprietário poderia investir na limpeza do hotel e no café da manhã. Café da manhã muito fraco, deixou a desejar demais. A limpeza do quarto é impecável, muito boa! mas do hotel em si, como refeitório, recepção poderia investir.

Péssimo! Funcionários não sabiam dar informações corretas sobre a estadia, informaram o horário da janta, mas quando pedimos a janta falaram que não estavam fazendo. Quarto fechado com mau cheiro e sem toalhas. Informaram horário do almoço começando às 11h, mas quando pedimos a refeição não tava aberto o restaurante.

Quarto pequeno porém funcional. Embora tenha diversos avisos de proibido fumar colado nas paredes e quartos do hotel, o último hostede q ficou no quarto que eu estava com certeza estava fumando no quarto porque estava com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro ali dentro. Como o hotel estava lotado não tiveram como me alocar em outro quarto.

Infelizmente foi horrível, quarto sujo, com cheiro de chulé, tive que pedir para limparem 2 vezes, porque o cheiro não saía, cadeira rasgada, se desfazendo, espelho manchado, realmente uma péssima experiência, espero nunca mais ter que ficar hospedada lá.

Pros: boa localização, quarto espaçoso e arejado, bom aquecimento da agua, número de cobertores excelente, café da manhã bom! Contras: o secador de cabelo estava com defeito, solicitei reparo e sequer alguém veio, senti falta de iogurte no café, cama um pouco barulhenta (acredito ser o estrado), os copos da geladeira não dão uma boa aparencia, a geladeira está um pouco desgastada na parte superior na vedação. Avaliação geral: bom custo-benefício!
