Service were great, friendly and helpful. "Beautiful hotel, excellently location and wonderful staff! Ideally located by many of the big sights in Munich. Nice bar/cafe in the lobby we enjoyed in the morning and evening for a light bite, coffee or a drink. I fell during our stay (at a park), and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating - helping to get my hand cleaned up, wrapped up and check to make sure I was ok.
