"The room was surface clean but had quite a bit of staining on the walls, curtains and carpet. I also did not like how the smoking section is right outside the front door so anytime you are leaving you have to walk through a smoke cloud. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast."

"Paid a 125 Euro deposit on arrival which I was told would be refunded on departure. That’s fine. Although I am now told it can take up to two weeks. I can live with that.
However, on departure I authorised them to take the city tax amount from my debit card. Tax was around 39.00. Again fine. However, the tax payment was followed up with another payment taken of 70.54 which was not authorised.
Hotel have been unhelpful and dismissive.

"The apartment was very clean and a lot larger than I thought. It was perfect for two people and included a loft. There was a slight confusion when I was to check in on Saturday and receive codes for the apartment on Friday, but only received them on Saturday at the check-in time. However, they have a 24h number to call so it was easy to contact them.
Also, I wish the check-in time wasn't so short (3pm - 6pm) but it seems you can let them know if you'll arrive later.
