In the winter season the free orange bus which connects with Gala and Ishiuchi slopes is very convenient. The hotel has its own ski rental and lockers which are very convenient. "

The hotel has lost their reputation on one of the most important value that a service business should provide to us - hospitality. "

"No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating"
