It was most relaxing place since I came to Japan in mid June. I love the tatami floors everywhere even the stairs. The shower and tub room is ceader with wooden tub, very relaxing. The breakfast were amazing. If the traveler is looking for Japanese inn, this is the place.

The hotel is 5 mins walk away from the JR station which is extremely convenient to all passengers. The facilities are awesomely designed and well maintained. I love the build in onsen inside my room as well as the free private onsen on 6/F. The staff are well trained, friendly and professional.

Very nice hotel and great location

Best hotel I have ever stayed. Free local speciality food, ice, complimentary drinks, private owsen for customers to use. Room is nice, clean, spacious and posh decor. Near the train station with shops nearby. Couldn’t be better.

Great hotel close to Echigo-Yuzawa station. Many restaurants close by and accessible to many ski resorts in the area. Clean modern hotel with all basic facilities. The daily 10:00pm free Raman at the onsen lounge is a nice touch!
