"Nice hotel, convenient for travelers from Schiphol. Rooms are nice with plenty of room. Good size bathrooms. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again. 2 comments: The only choice we had for breakfast was a very expensive buffet. We just don’t eat that much in the morning. This was the only hotel shuttle we’ve ever used, in all the places we’ve been, where the hotel shuttle driver doesn’t help you with your bags on/off the vehicle."

"The property is clean, especially for the construction going on around it. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were wonderful. There just isn’t that much around. Each day, I’d take a 15 min bus trip to the airport, then a 15-20 min train to get to Amsterdam. Which isn’t terrible, but, it’s a night time city and the bus stops at midnight, so unless you want to pay $150 euros for a taxi, or leave early."

"The atmosphere of this hotel is relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The bathtub was very much appreciated. "Wat een fijn hotel om te verblijven! Moderne schone kamer en prima bed. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en een restaurant maken het helemaal af. Het ontbijt is erg lekker en uitgebreid. Ligt op een industrieterrein/kantoren terrein, maar doordat alles bij het hotel zit, hoef je ook lekker niet meer weg na het inchecken. Lekker een drankje in de bar en daarna een hapje eten, helemaal prima! Alle medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."

" I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel. On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. About a 15 to 20 minute walk from Centraal train station, it’s located right along the water and immediately adjacent to the cruise passenger embarcation point. "Unfortunately, we did not have the best stay here. The air conditioning was not working on the hottest day in Amsterdam and the staff did nothing to help us. We were moved to a much smaller room the next day but no reason was given as to why the smaller room was ok. It’s unfortunate as the other room was far more comfortable if it wasn’t for the air conditioning. The hotels location cannot be beat and the breakfast is really great too. "I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there for 7 days. I wanted to be outside of Amsterdam downtown and I was well-served! There was a tram almost in front of the hotel, which was convenient in both directions. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was fantastic! And even more so at the top of the hotel. Beautiful views over Amsterdam. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive."

"The hotel is close to the airport but it will cost you $17 Euros to get there. The staff was ok. Front desk has us wait with no communication as to when our room would be ready. The restaurant downstairs was ok. They were under staffed and the service was underwhelming. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was not great but it was a heatwave and there system could not handle the volume needed to cool the hotel effectively. It was ok. Nothing bad nothing great."
