"Avoid Room 22 floor, doors, bed squeaked. Door for the corridor was right next to our room every time someone opened it , it banged shut and the whole room shook. The boiler must also be close to the room or a main pipe noise from it all night ! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We had pre-booked a table for dinner stating not in the middle of the room or in between two others disappointed when it was bang smack right in the middle and no other tables we could have . Wouldn’t stay again. "

"Average at best. As I booked through another platform, I was relegated to the handicap accessible room next to the entrance, and the overall room was dated and required a lot of upkeep."

"I loved the tartan decorated rooms! We were cozily nestled in one of the lower rooms so the space was comfortably cool and quiet during a very hot Scottish visit!"

"Modern clean room with comfy beds,daughter and I had dinner in the restaurant and a bottle of wine we were able to take back to our room. Breakfast was great and being able to walk a short distance right into the airport terminal was unique. Very good value for the money"

"The hotel is lovely, clean and in a great location. There is currently construction on the street blocking access to the hotel. This was not disclosed at booking. The front desk did not answer the phone while we figured it out nor did they seem to care."

"Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the area is not great during the day and at night. The rooms are quite small, so great for a one or two night stay but no longer and for the price I would have expected proper cups for hot drinks and glassware and to have the tea caddy redone when the room was getting cleaned. On a positive note the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"The service was mediocre at best, then NO hot water in morning, when we called first time said their was no issue, no one else had a problem, told to run the water until it got hot, 10 minutes later called again different person acknowledged the hotel did not have hot water, manger was going to reset the hot water tank, called back 15 minutes later, told they did not have a solution, did not offer any help."

"Literally across the street from the Airport and rental car pick-up. Ample surface parking. Restaurant was so-so. Room was clean,but small. Seemed to be a very expensive room for a hotel of this level of quality."
