"The room we booked was a two bedroom apartment with a cinema room and a kitchen. It was spacious as it had two bathrooms and a huge lounge - perfect for a family. The slight downside was the tv and sound system wasn’t working in the cinema room but overall the staff were helpful by allowing us to check out a little later than normal. I have to give special mentions for Jane and Katie (at the reception desk) and Harry (restaurant and bar). All of whom were excellent with the way they interacted...

"Gorgeous house sitting next to a farm. Not location I thought it would be on the map as there is a dual carriageway between it and Christchurch town. A local told me we could have walked down the road and over the footbridge into centre within 20mins. Wasn't told this and there was no local info said to us nor written, only plugging local eaterie in which they have an interest. "The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess."
