"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. "This is a freshly, and very well, renovated property. The bed was excellent as was the shower. Hilton has made a very nice hotel at an excellent price point. The staff was nothing short of exceptional. Gi Gi greeted me warmly at my rather late check-in and the fellow on desk duty the next morning, very early, insisted upon packing me a nice breakfast to go, since the buffet was an hour or so from being set up. Very nice service indeed and I will be back."
