"Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "

"Great room size and comfortable. Love open courtyard concept with fountains. Breakfast layout was little complicated to use when lots people. Very disappointed pool and hot tub not open. It was posted 9-9. We arrived 8 pm and all locked up. "

"Three bedroom was perfect for the 5 of us. Just enough space for us. Bathroom tight and a step up to it was a bit weird. Not much in town but great access to local trails, which is what we came for. "

"The rooms are big. Everything wa clean and working. Beds were comfortable and was it was nice and quiet. My husband was displease with various odors from people cooking in their rooms."

"The hotel is in the center of a large RV park. It’s a gated community, so it felt safe and secure. I could see a lot of people participating in activities. The staff was really friendly. The room wasn’t what I would consider “luxury”, but it was clean, quiet and well worth the price. There’s a nice bar and grill and convenience store next to the hotel."

"Our Room was gross and smelled terrible. We asked for a a new room but they said they didn't have any and they would send someone to our room to check the air filter but that never happened. The pool staff just stood around and didn't There were like a 100 of dead grass hoppers in the hot that we had to ask them to clean out. "

"Some meat options with breakfast would have been nice. Hours of breakfast extended another hour would be great too. Seems like everyone was there at the same time. Very crowded and everything running out. Not enough food or space!"

"Staff is exceptional. The facility needs a refresh. Room furnishings are dated, but the staff does a great job with cleaning and guest service. I would stay here again, but I sure hope they prioritize updating this location."
