We enjoyed waking around exploring city. During our stay we also visited Chechen Itza, Uxmal and had a cenotes tour. Everywhere we went people were friendly and we felt quite safe. We would happily recommend visiting.

Hotel is very clean. Great staff and very accommodating. Rooms had lots of closet space, nice towels, good AC, quiet, and a variety of choices at breakfast. Used Uber and Taxis to get around. It is a beautiful building. Our room had a French balcony. Looks like the hotel is very old so rooms are dated and corridors very stark with no art. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. We had a club room so had access to the lounge. Food was plenty but not particularly good. Lots ...

Beautiful city, fantastic food and friendly people
I would recommend using Uber if you need a taxi anywhere it will be half the price of normal taxis, especially from airport.
Free airport transfer is great if you are between flights like we were.
