"Reservamos o hotel imaginando que ficava em outro lugar, pois o site expedia indica que fica no Kruger, o que não é verdade. Além Disso, na busca não ficava claro que se tratava de uma casa dentro de um campo de Golf e que todos os serviços seriam pagos a parte. Apesar dos problemas com A reserva e a localização, a casa é muito espaçosa, confortável e limpa, exceto a Piscina que estava bem suja, mas como a África do Sul está em racionamento de água, acabamos não usando a piscina. se a...

Top Mpumalanga Hotel Reviews

Angels View

8/10 Good

"Architecture and location are outstanding. Truly amazing. The Grotto suites are stunning. The views, to die for. The downsides are that the building is in need of a bit of maintenance with chipped and scratched plaster abounding. Our fridge was not clean but the linen was perfect. Lack of stair lighting to go to the main function areas is not great. Food in restaurants was good with large portions and welcoming, helpful staff. Highly recommend as a Kruger Park journey stop-over."

Kruger Shalati - Train on the Bridge and Garden Suites

10/10 Excellent

"We had the most extraordinary stay at Shalati, every part of it exceeded our expectations and made it an excellent end to our 2 week holiday in South Africa. The pictures don’t do justice for the beautiful rooms with stunning views. We were in carriage 1 and had 2 resident buffalo below the room we could watch throughout the day along with several hippos on both sides of the river. Watching animals whilst in the bath and in the stunning pool was amazing. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful and always there when you need something. The food was some of the best we’ve ever eaten with beautifully crafted menus and if you’re fortunate enough to be there on a Braai night (Wednesday or Sunday at the moment) then that is a completely different and unique experience too. Conveniently located near to Skukuza airport however flying back we used Nelspruit which was only 2 hours away and Shalati arranged a transfer for us. Over all we would 100% recommend Shalati and hope to be in the position to go back again."
