"Nice hotel that definitely feels like a true 4-star property. The rooms are a bit uncomfortable, though, and the bed layout honestly reminds me of a hospital bed, lol. On the bright side, the rooftop and amenities are really nice! There’s no self-service laundry, but they offer a laundry service for ¥5,500. If you drop off your clothes by 9 AM, they’ll have them ready by 7 PM. Location-wise, it’s about a 30-minute walk from the main Dotonbori area and 15 minutes from the upscale shopping streets. The breakfast options are pretty underwhelming, but overall, it’s a good hotel with some nice features."

"The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the attention to detail with how items were laid out and hidden in plain site. We were also able to move the beds to make the room better for our needs. We found the room spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the city, from our room on the 29th floor, was amazing. The spa was magical. You are provided water, fridge, slippers, pj's,body scrub and great quality shampoos, conditioner and lotion. The room has an open concept plan where you can block the visibility into the shower. My one complaint is the shower is only blocked on one side and you enter the room via the closet/bathroom, leaving the shower/person exposed. I would definitely book this hotel again. Just be mindful of bathroom limitations regarding who you travel with."
