"The woman who checked us in was so helpful and friendly!! We were going to our grandsons graduation and she printed off directions to help us. In the evening we couldn't figure out something regarding the cooling system and the TV and the desk clerk came up to the room twice to assist us.
They were so friendly and we love staying there."

"Check in was a little different. I was asked for my drivers license and the associate made a copy and put it aside a later put the copy in a binder. Why was this done? I always have given my license when asked at hotel but have never seen it kept like that.
My room was 316. Went up to the 3rd floor and could not find my room. It was in the opening where the ice and soda machine was located. You walk by and it looks like a maintenance closet. Room was clean however, while using the...
