"I booked a bigger room with two double rooms and I was placed in a smaller room with one king bed and the sink outside our the bathroom, in the hallway. The pictures are deceiving. They changed the room without informing me. The front desk was rude when I said the reason I booked and paid for two double beds is my husband had sleep apnea and his Cpap machine takes spare, she was rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t even hear me out and proceeded to say I was yelling at her. Valentina needs to be counseled. "

"The shower had hair on the wall, small hair on the floor, and there was no do not disturb signs available in the room. The staff was very friendly and their snack shop was well stocked. I’m disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I would’ve complained but I didn’t notice until after my daughter had already showered. Parking was convenient and the location was walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants."

"The hotel wasn't very full when I was there in the middle of a workweek, which surprised me because this is a pleasant place to stay. The room was very clean, and all the supplies (toiletries, towels) were properly stocked. I had one queen bed with a sturday desk, which was totally adequate for me. There were guests on either side of me, but the room was completely quiet. The refrigerator cooled my water, and the Keurig worked. My only nit is that the pillows were too firm for my delicate head. "

"No pool, and they send you across the street where there’s no sun at the pool, it’s freezing, no hot tub and extremely small. The place was clean other than my shower covered in hair which was icky. The staff was great tho very nice. "
