"I liked the environment inside the Hotel, the service was easy. The room was complete with everything (shampoo, etc). However, if you want additional self-care, you can ask and they can help you. The bar in the lobby is great, if you don't want to go far from your hotel, the bar is the best option where you can spend time with your friends. I really loved the place and in my next visit I would like to stay again there. "

"Very great Stay and service!! Staff and Valet Service was great and helpful. Bed was crunchy tho, crunchy as in not sinking in the bed soft crunchy. We had a street side window so a bit chaotic with the honking and music but it’s chicago. Pillows, looking at them, they look as if they’ll be fluffy and firm BUT pillow flatten so as i put my head down. Neck wasn’t happy. But for real, very good hotel for me !! "

"Very clean and comfortable especially for the price. Breakfast foods were so-so - fairly standard for the level of hotel - but the ambience of the breakfast area was lovely. Excellent find for a weekend in downtown Chicago."
