"I had a terrible experience at Paradise Stream Resort. I was looking for another hotel that same night, but the one I wanted was sold out, so I had no choice but to stay. The room was in unacceptable condition. I did not use the jacuzzi or the private pool because they were filthy. The pool paint was peeling, and the drain covers, which should have been white, were dark brown from dirt and neglect. I took photos and videos of everything. "The room we were given was postage stamp size and had a strong disinfectant oder. The view was also terrible. We were directed to another room and the paint was pealing off the ceiling. A third room was slightly larger and had an acceptable view. It required an additional charge we were told, but it would be waived.
