Sam checked us in and was very friendly. He told us they were overbooked on king rooms and had none for me! But he did offer me 2 queens at half price of the king room I paid for. Now I need Expedia to work with this hotel snd adjust my price!!

I will start with the first issue which was that on the site it said electric chargers only to find out it was a Tesla charger only which didn't help us. Room 408 had minimal hot water, the sink didn't have a drain cap( not a big deal, but still shouldn't happen), Breakfast wasn't very appetizing, and pool is really small. Oh yeah and our fridge wasn't working either to top it all off. I am not sure I would stay there again even if they gave me 3 free nights. Watch yourself on this one.

Property was in a convenient location with easy access to Charleston. Walls were not soundproof as I could hear people having conversation in next room. Bed was comfortable but none of the pillows were suitable for my liking.

Great central location with quick access to 526 and 17. Staff was a little overwhelmed with the breakfast rush but pushed thru with courtesy and a smile.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate, and the kitchenettes were fabulous. Breakfast had a great variety. There was nothing negative. One suggestion, however, is to have dish soap in the kitchenette, not just detergent for the dishwasher. Thank you!

Hotel had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay: gym, full breakfast, laundry and a kitchen in our room. We were very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, good water pressure and I liked the soaps, lotion and conditioner provided. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Sort distance to Walmart and target. The only issue we had was the hotel was very crowded and loud with families. Seating area in lobby was dirty and elevators needed cleaning. Our room was clean however and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. The one slight quibble.......although dogs being welcome is good for us? The dogs should not be allowed in the morning buffett area. Health hazard?

A perfect stay. Comfy clean rooms with a nice table and chairs along with a kitchen area. The hotel was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was so nice. My only suggestion would be if you enjoy oatmeal, set your alarm. It goes quickly. There were a number on annoyed guests because it ran out early and the staff wouldn’t make more

The breakfast was great with lots of options from cereal and milk to waffles. We didn't use the coffee maker in the room. We were there 4 days and the recycling bin was overflowing but the kitchen area was handy for snacks and light meals.

Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Only 2 small issues. The floors and entrance way extremely slippery due to rain. Should have more floor mats inside and out. Our suite had a kitchen but the sink water was at a dribble. Mostly an excellent stay will definitely go back again. Thank You
