"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The heated pool was a prime attraction for the area since it seemed there aren't many heated pools in the area. We were very happy with our stay. We'd book again based on the price of the room!"

"Staff were great. Breakfast is decent, but offerings diminished on some days. Property shows its age a bit (phone didn't work, some drawers didn't close), but the staff kept things clean."

"Location was outstanding, on the beach and near the town of Folly Beach. Ocean view and a pool overlooking the ocean. Staff were very nice! Only negative was slow and out of service elevator. Property is slightly older."

"Our room was on the first floor and there were no curtains to close for privacy or to block out the light in the morning. The curtains that were there were sheer, so pretty revealing. Also, the shower head was leaking from the back and side, obviously needed replacement. "

"Accomodations were good. Building appears older with furniture showing its age, but nothing horrendous. Easy access to many places. I would recommend it."

"When we got to the room it looked acceptable. Later we discovered mold in several locations in the bathroom and dirty corners in the room. On the balcony we found a bag with food left overs. We had booked for 2 nights and our room was not made up on the second day. Poor management of the cleaning service."
