"Our flight was delayed and we ended up coming straight from the airport after dark, we were jet lagged and exhausted but felt better after receiving a warm welcome from Grand Hotel Madaba staff. There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! The only regret is we didn’t have time for a swim before checking out."

"The Mariam never disappoints. The room was comfortable. The beds allowed a great night sleep. The coffee on the balcony in the early morning overlooking the pool and neighborhood was peaceful and an extremely relaxing way to begin the day. Rasha and Jawoud were very welcoming. "I usually book here whenever I go to the dead sea but this last visit wasn’t the best. The room was missing some tools like the hair dryer and bath robe. Called receptionist to request the items but they said they will but we waited long and they didn’t bring them although they were supposed to be included in the room package. Another thing is the type of people who were using the swimming pools, there was so many young men who were chasing girls in the pool and taking pictures of them. I had...

"The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "
