"The staff are all caring and professional. I had need of nothing."

"I asked a staff to come help refill the body shower foam and he stepped all over the place with his shoes including the mat that I dry my feet on. Uncalled for."

"Me gustó mucho este hotel. El personal muy acogedor y simpático, el desayuno muy bueno. Y las vistas desde la habitación fueron espectaculares. Es sin duda un gran hotel."

"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. "Vicino al centro commerciale. Hotel pulito e staff ok Non posso valutare la colazione perché avevo l'aereo all'alba "
