"The food was great, but there was either no heat or too much heat in our room , so basically there was no way to regulate the heat except by turning it off or on. "

"Excellent hotel and staff. Room was modern and convenient with a nice view of Nagasaki hills. Everything you could possibly want is 2 minutes away including train station and bus stops. Would stay again"
"Terrific location close to great shopping, interesting restaurants & attractions of interest. The food quality of the breakfast served is of a high standard. The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky! All of the staff members we dealt with were polite, helpful & professional. We would definitely stay again when visiting Nagasaki 🇯🇵."
"Wonderful spot.
Staff were really helpful
Great onsen & spa on the 11th floor. With free ice lollies & a great massage chair
Free coffee in the lobby in the morning
Loved it
And yes a 3 min walk from the train station!!
Its a perfect spot "
"This is hotel right in the center of great walking areas and local eateries. It's literally across the street from Chinatown and a short walk to Dejima. At night the area just a block to the northeast comes alive, but it's a lot like a super-mini locals'Shinjuku so you can decide on whether that vibe suits you.
The hotel has spacious 320 sq meter rooms available and six washing machines, the free late night noodles were really good and the staff is super friendly and helpful."
"Breakfast was a little expensive but the only time we had it, the food was abundant and a huge variety.
The facilities, staff, cleanliness were everything I expected and more. The location is very convenient and the staff incredibly helpful. "
Tour this place that was once the most densely populated area in the world until everyone suddenly left. Feelings of awe and eeriness predominate and cameras click.
