"Everyone was professional, polite friendly, helpful and informative. Room was nice rugs very clean linen perfect mattress comfortable good in room coffee new less plastic k cups. I had an ocean frount view room It was great this hotel is w in walking distance of the ferry to Nova Scotia. Yes it’s worth the money there is a shuttle bus to take you to the village green so you can drink and ride. It runs every 15 mins w the last bus out at 10p"

"This is really a wonderful facility, and the staff/owner was very professional, gracious, and pleasant. The room was quite nice. The problem we had is that it is a little bit too far to walk to downtown, which is kind of important because the parking and downtown Bar Harbor is absolutely horrendous."

"I was completely shocked when I showed up at the hotel and I received an upgrade due to overbooking. They sent me to their sister hotel. Wow!! Fabulous!! I truly enjoyed. Thank you for the great stay. This review is based on that property because that was where I stayed. Couldn’t have been happier!!!"

"The rooms were very spacious and so cute. They offered cold bottled drinks to all guests daily and had a nice grab and go section for breakfast. Keena at the front desk was amazing and so helpful in plan making. Location was great - we walked to shops and restaurants. "
