"Parking was very tricky. Even though the receptionist explained it a few times, the actual fact of securing receipt at the terminal are not consistent to an easy Parking checkout. Hence, you don’t get your reimbursement for today Parking which is supposed to be included in the price"

"An exceptionally peaceful place to arrive after a beautiful drive up a long, windy road - the perfect “refuge” from the hot, humid, crowded lakeside towns like Lemone sul Garda, which is totally spoiled by tourists and tourist shops. Absolutely delicious food, based on local farm products, local wine-do sign up for dinner (half-board). Best of all, the lovely staff-family run for many years. They speak German and gracious Marco speaks English, and little Martin (9-10 years?) is learning the business and English fast. It has such a unique family atmosphere-all gather in one room after dinner to do homework, color, play with grandchildren…"

"Our stay was wonderful, the room was ready on arrival even though we were 2 hours early for check in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The balcony was lovely and overlooked the lake. It was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Patricia who often looked up how to get to any destination around the lake. All the staff were so friendly and greeted us whenever they saw us. We were 100m from the 2 ports and the centre of Malcesine. 10 mins walk to Monte Baldo cable car. Malcesine is delightful and full of traditional, winding cobbled streets."

"Heavenly view of the lake from the balcony, restaurant/bar and everywhere! Amazing breakfast spread with cooked to order omelets, the quality of service, romantic vibes! One of the best adults only hotel we ever stayed!!!!"

"Absolutely lovely hotel. Genuinely one of the best hotel views I’ve ever had. It’s on another level. 10/10. The room was really nice as well, comfortable and well presented. The only slightly unusual thing is that there’s no sink in the bathroom. The sink is actually in the bedroom. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but I can see it being a little annoying if you’re sharing the room with someone. The lady at the front desk was lovely. Really friendly, cheerful and welcoming. The grounds are absolutely amazing and the whole place feels very special. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to use the pool or try the yoga, but both looked great. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"As it's a vary tight and loaded area with not alot of parking spots I'll suggest A. GIVE TIPS ABOUT WHERE TO PARK B.Should also suggest if there's a close spot to drop the bags before going to park. C.this is more towards the app and not the host, Expedia should specify that this erea should have some prior planning as for parking ect.."
