"The facility was lovely and perfectly located so that it was easy to get to various destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sadly the only downside was the bathroom is lacking in some key items. It would be helpful if there were hooks on the back of the door to hang things on. It would also be helpful to have a shelf to put toiletries, especially if there are more than one people. It would be nice to be able to heat hot water, not just coffee. "We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. I originally wanted to stay at the hotel on the grounds of Endicott College, but no rooms were available. In the end, I was glad that we didn’t get a room on the college grounds.
