"I am definitely going to return to the hotel whenever i am Bordeaux France again. The only flaws I see is the limited varieties of breakfast. The staff are very welcoming especially the tall black guy I met on my arrival and couple days afterwards. He speaks English and he has good customer service."

"My wife and I needed a break from a fast paced couple of weeks of our vacation. This chateau and the property it sits on was nothing short of spectacular. As an extra bonus, Tess, Daphne and Celia were there to serve and help us with all of our needs. The breakfast that was served was always the best of the best, including homemade jams. Une machine à café fonctionnelle 24h sur 24 serait appréciée car celle existante fournit un café de mauvaise qualité (et qui ne correspond pas au choix sucré ou non sucré). J'ai fait le premier choix sur la liste,pour un grand café non sucré mais celui-ci c'est avéré sucré,malgré tout. ! "
