"We loved this place. It was a cozy room in an old walk up, with lots of character. George is also an amazing chef and runs the restaurant underneath. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Check in was contactless and easy, with clear instructions. Wish all are accommodations were as great as this one. Walkable to the Citadel, shops, restaurants. "The room was good for the price. The property was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location."

"Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Really well located with a metro station just round the corner. Bar and food court too so you can eat or have a drink until late. The room was pretty quiet so no disturbance from this either. I liked the addition of books in the room in case I fancied reading something (although my French level wouldn't help me understand much) but would be a great place to leave something if I was at the end of a book I'd brought along. The lady on the front desk was really nice and always greeted me with a smile and was really helpful with helping me with luggage storage as I arrived into Lille quite early. It was only a 20 minute walk for me into central Lille but there is plenty nearby too so you'll never be stuck for things to do."

"The hotel was well positioned if you require to be close to the railway network. The staff were really welcoming and very helpful. The room was adequate for our needs, was very well presented and very clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby and just a short walk from the old part of Lille. Only drawback was the street cleaners started very early in the morning, as just outside is quite a large public area. It was the person with the leaf blower that was the worst. It would be far better if he had a broom if I am honest. Chasing general rubbish around with a leaf blower is just so noisy. Lille was a fabulous place to visit and we look forward to returning soon!"
