"We booked out of necessity but found the facility excellent. Our bungalow was really nice. After moving on to the Moana intercontinental there are clear differences with Moana being a noticeably fancier facility with bigger more luxurious rooms. But the maitai was nice and much cheaper and includes a nice breakfast. (There restaurant on the beach was not very good however). "

"The resort is located in a good location at the southern part of the mainland, with a public beach just two steps away. The beauty of the public beach being so close is that guests can choose between the resort beach or public beach, but the public cannot use the resort beach. The resort was well kept and the beach clean. Breakfast was a good selection. I would however recommend fresh fruit juice is available. My overwater bungalow was lagoon view, not much privacy, but that is how the bungalows...

" Great place to stay on the island. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to Matira Beach, as well as great dining spots like Lucky House. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Breakfast has limited options, and the menu is fairly simple, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore, so it’s not a major issue. There’s also an Avis location about 10 minutes away where you can rent a car or a motorcycle, which is very convenient for getting around. "

"I am glad we booked St Regis for the stay. The resort is just amazing. We booked the lagoon side, over water bungalow. The water was so calm that you could swim in it anytime of the day. We saw sun rise every morning from the bedroom. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful with just about anything you could think of. And the food was amazing. Amazing variety of choices. fresh juice , fruits daily. I never had smoked mackerel. It’s amazing to have that for breakfast everyday. Overall,...
