Senza infamia e senza lode.

Uno dei motivi di scelta da parte mia era stata la presenza della piscina che poi è risultata inutilizzabile ( e chissà da quanto tempo lo è). Sufficientemente pulito. Personale molto gentile. Buon servizio di prima colazione, e Ristorante che, alla sera, con pochi ma buoni piatti e anche tenendo presente i bassi costi e un buon servizio, è una nota positiva.

Disponibili e gentili, voto positivo anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Colazione abbondante, ricca di tutto. L'unica pecca è stata la finestra in camera, non sfruttabile, in quanto da sul corridoio della struttura, dunque non è utilizzabile. Per il resto tutto perfetto. In loco è presente pure il parcheggio.

In diesem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen

Wir freuten uns nach einer langen Anreise, den Abend in dem wunderschönen Pool zu verbringen. Als wir ankamen, hiess es, Sie können gerne in den Pool, aber er ist grün und müsste erst gereinigt werden. Dass es sich nicht mal um den grossen Pool handelte, wurde uns klar, als wir dort ankamen. Der Pool, der auf allen Bildern hervorsticht, ist nämlich dieses Jahr komplett geschlossen wegen Bauarbeiten. Ebenfalls die Aussichtsterrasse. Als wir dann an dem kleinen grünen Pool standen, flogen auch noch ständig Dachziegel vom Gartenhaus nebendran. Das Hotel ist generell in keinem tollen Zustand, der Putz bröckelt von der Wand, die Zimmertür scheint einmal eingetreten worden zu sein, so dass sie nicht mehr richtig schloss, im Bad konnte man die Duschtüren nicht schliessen, so dass das Bad überschwemmt war. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung, allerdings wackelten auch hier die Tische so, dass man mur essen konnte, wenn einer die Tischplatte festhielt. Wir kontaktierten Hotels.com, haben aber trotz Zusage der Rückerstattung bisher keine Antwort bekommen

Promised refund not sent

Booked this hotel due to their pool, but upon arrival they said the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. However they still advertise the pool on here and use it as the main image. Since we arrived late we stayed one night but then agreed with the reception that we would cancel the remaining 2 nights and get a refund. However, over 3 weeks later they still havent made the refund so thats why Im making this review. I will obviously also do a chargeback with my bank and will seek further help in Italy to get more money from them due to all the time I spent ok this. Its NEVER ok to trick your customers like this!!!

Accueil très agréable et la personne parlait Francais. La chambre etait refaite et propre. Salle de bain rien a dire. Par contre, nous n'avons pas apprecie car personne na prevenu pour les infrastructures de l'hôtel. En arrivant, il y avait petite piscine, a la proprete douteuse et en voyant la grande piscine... et bien cetait un chantier... nous avions choisi cet établissement pour la situation et pour zon immense piscine pour se detendre et nous avions donc ete extrêmement déçu...

VERGOGNOSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Albergo assolutamente vergognoso che sconsiglio nella maniera più assoluta!!! Sul loro sito tra le qualità menzionano il Relax: ma quale relax??? Sono andati avanti tutto il pomeriggio con la piscina a musica sparata, e la sera con musica sotto la mia camera sino a mezzanotte. Inoltre permettono l'accesso a piccoli animali, ma le camere non sono acusticamente isolate, e per tutta la notte sono stato svegliato da un cane che abbaiava nella camera accanto. La piscina, pubblicizzata come parte dell'hotel, appartiene sì alla struttura, ma per entrare bisogna pagare (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte nei siti di prenotazioni, creando così una pubblicità ingannevole); inoltre era piena di persone dall'esterno, ammassate senza alcuna cura per il distanziamento sociale. Per non parlare della colazione a buffet, dove gli ospiti si servivano sempre senza mascherina. Al mio reclamo mi hanno gentilmente "regalato" la colazione, cosa di cui mi sono detto insoddisfatto, ma non mi hanno neppure più risposto. Lascio poi parlare le foto per quanto riguarda la muffa nei bagni. Mai più!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
