"We had such a great weekend at Mabel’s! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and everything was so clean. We went out of season so the pantry inside was closed but we know we would’ve enjoyed it! We liked that Mabel’s wasn’t right in the bustle of Dock Square but close enough for a short drive over for shops, activities, and food. "I thought I was making a reservation at The Colony Hotel, which is an ocean view hotel, but when I arrived, there was a large dumpster blocking the entrance. I called the hotel and was told it’s under renovation an I would be staying at another location across the street. Not ocean view. Had to drive to a nearby store to check into this other hotel. My room was acceptable but bathroom door would not lock properly. Very Disappointing!"

"Nice rooms, friendly staff. Our heating didn't work - which on a cold night wasn't great. Breakfast (continental) was a bit thin on choice. Only butter and Philly, no jelly or spreads, no pastries or fruit."

Advertising either via Expedia or Inn itself inaccurate--no breakfast despite repeated welcome texts saying different.
