It's a good hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good for this price range. The location is good, relatively close to Mostar bridge and train station. Internet is reliable. There is a coach station downstairs, which is very convenient. No cups or kettle in the room, but you can get cups and hot wate from downstairs. It's a bit disappointing that the hotel advertises a gym, but you have to pay for this separately (at a discount).

I enjoyed my stay here. It's right next to the bus station for those who need it and a mall in down the street with options for dining or coffee. The staff was great and ready to help if I needed it.

Room was very large but looked empty. Lights were not good, bedding is old fashioned and bed was hard. Shower was wobbly. Breakfast was decent, service was good. Small improvements. TV hard to figure out

Easy checkin. Room was huge with a king size bed. Bathroom was also big with a large waterfall shower even. Nice breakfast. Location good for travellers as its next door to the bus station, but about 20 minutes walk to Stari Most

Friendly luxury!
Extremely friendly staff and very nice and functional modern hotel. Large room, comfortable beds, large bathroom, good working air on. Private parking. Pool and spa facilities not attached but only 5-10min walk. Surroundings still suffering little from redevelopments just now but can only improve. Old Town just short walk away. Excellent value for price.

Fantastic hotel with helpful reception and security staff. Breakfast and kitchen staff were my only complaint, but the location and room were perfect. Terrific shower and the pool available locally was also good. Very relaxing atmosphere with onsite gym and parking.

The hotel is in Croation part of town not far (but not walking distance either) from the city centre. Breakfast is OK. Fitness centre is good but has restricted timings. the hotel is underrstaffed but the staff, though overworked, is very helpful.

Enormous room and massive comfy bed. Would like to pick this hotel room up and carry it around with me. Walk into old town about 25 minutes but this wasn't a problem

Newish and Not Bad
The hotel is newish, modern, and there's some restaurants and groceries nearby. The breakfast was fine. I wouldn't say this is a four star hotel though. There's no garbage can in the living area, only in the bathroom. That's weird. Also there's no tissues anywhere, or other amenities, or anything in the minibar. The shower is really nice but it floods the bathroom really easy. So it's more like a 3 star hotel. It's in the Croat part of town in the west which is a 30 minute nice walk to the Old Town in the east so it's not so great for tourism but it's very new which seems to be on the rare side for hotels in Bosnia.

Great Hotel...
Unexpected trip to Mostar to help a family member who had an accident. Didn't have much time to research a hotel but made a great choice in selecting the City Hotel. Friendly helpful staff, clean quiet room and excellent parking facility. I would certainly recommend this hotel as its in a good location, I was able to walk at night with no hassle and is less than 10 minutes from the Mepas Mall. Good base to explore Mostar.

Ok hotel but far from attractions
Seemed like a newer hotel that caters to bus tours from Croatia. Far from attractions and noisy. Internet and tv did not work in room. Staff was nice. Breakfast room super crowded and very limited with long lines. However, the price was excellent for a clean room.

Bus station hotel location and tobacco smoke
Hotel located at the bus station with all the noise and diesel exhaust that comes with it. Plus it is filled with second hand tobacco smoke although everywhere there are signs No Smoking. For 80 USD per night and very good breakfast it is a steal but I d rather pay more elsewhere.

Nice, cheap hotel
This was a nice, cheap hotel only a 20 min walk from the famous Stari Most. There were restaurants close by and a shopping centre only a 10 min walk away. The wifi was great and the rooms were spacious.

Hotel was reasonably priced and rooms were clean and well appointed. The day I was there the water was shutoff for construction in the morning, so I was not able to shower or get cleaned up for my meeting. There was no mention of this when I checked in.

I would stay here again in a heart beat!
The rooms were very clean. You can tell that it was recently remodeled or built. I am a stickler for nice bathrooms and showers, so to say that I was pleased is an understatement. The staff was professional and courteous and they went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of. The breakfast had many options, vegetarian or not-delicious. There are coffee bars and eateries right down stairs, so if you've had a long trip, the convenience can't be beat.
