"The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus. Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were very professional and courteous to guests."
