"We had a great one night stay. The checkin was easy. All the staff (front desk, concierge, restaurant) were so friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Free, safe parking for our rental car. Dinner and breakfast were great, good options, great service, option to eat in the cave section which was cool. Our room was simple but comfortable. Note that they turn off the AC in November. It was warm when we got back to our room in the afternoon but if you open the windows it did cool down pretty...

"The location of the hotel is within a short walking distance of the Petra site which means you will not need to worry about parking at the site. The hotel is very clean and the room was one of the largest I have stayed in. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities such as the bar and swimming pools were very well maintained "
