The room is clean, tidy and spacey with a lot of storage areas and kitchen amenities. You can also order breads daily to the hotel from a nice local bakery shop. Yet most the hotel staff are not well-trained, eg hotel staff may not be able to communicate well in English, not able to help sort out the issue how to call hotel reception from fixed-line telephone in our room, even after several requests, not able to advise & arrange airport taxi from hotel, not able to provide extra rubbish bags in 7 days after the initial one. This hotel is more for customers with basic needs for accommodation without any services. For me, I will expect this 4-star rated hotel to provide better services.

Great location, we visited four times never been disappointed. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived and all the rubbish was in front of the door, but we still had great time..

Family Ski Holiday
Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Beds comfortable and good shower / bathroom. Atria Crozats is well situated near the top of the resort which is fine as long as the escalators are working to get back up from the town. Ski in and out with good ski lockers. Very friendly staff. Brilliant resort for children

It’s spacious enough for two adults but not for the 5 as advertised; It had only one toilet! Nice to have a kitchenette/ microwave, hob & coffee maker so we could eat at home whenever we fancied. Handy central location from the Tours ski lift so great ski in and ski out. However bring supplies! Like toilet roll/ coffee perculator filters, bin bags as these aren’t in the apartment but there’s a carrefour supermarket so it’s quite an expensive place overall. The walls are thin as we could hear people coming and going in the corridors and had a loud partying group next door which was annoying for a couple of nights before we left. They left broken wine glasses in the corridors and empty beer bottles scattered around the place on the night that we left. Wifi is fine Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Property was ski in/out and was in an excellent location. My only problem was that the room was very small for 4 adults. We stayed in February in a larger room so thought it would have been the same. Great hotel still.

Great location. Nice apartment, if a little small, but knew it wasn’t a big apartment. First experience of a Pierre & Vacancies residence and we were very happy with them. Crucially would definitely book the same place if we return.

Great speedy checkin. Room was clean but a bit tired, but the communal areas and outside were filthy. This is our 3rd stay at the Atria Crozats and the buildings are starting to look and feel tired. Shame

Property is well placed and nice and clean. The rooms are too warm. I felt the whole having to make up your own bed with bed linen and then stripping it bizarre. Towels are tiny. The space was for 6 people I would suggest it would be a tight squeeze with that many. The beds are very uncomfortable and tiny.

Reception staff very good and helpful Room was nice Pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeeked with every turn. The other beds were fine. Usually stay in l'amara which is more spacious and more peaceful but we still enjoyed our stay here.

The location was excellent- ski in/out . Ski locker rooms were too small to be practical . No space to even stand and put boots on. Although a standard appartment , I think we should have been given a safe since our apartment door (702) opens straight to the outside. Staff very friendly but for space and a safe I would book premium p&v next time .

A really good property and location. The escalators to the city center were just across the street, the condition of the property was good, the plateau (ski schools etc. meeting point) were just down the street and the service were polite and helpful albeit the check-in process were extremely slow and there were often a line waiting in the reception. All in all we will properly come back.

Great location plenty of space
We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments - it had capacity to sleep 8 so was very spacious for our family of 5 (bearing in mind it is a centrally locates ski apartment). The decor was nice and it was clean on arrival. We had some difficulty operating the dishwasher so ended up having to wash all the dishes by hand - not the end of the world. It was a perfect location for us - the tourist nursery was literally the building in front of us and it was a short walk to the ski school. We got a good deal in the second to last week of the season but I imagine these apartments would be very pricey during peak periods. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location
Fantastic apartments right in the heart of Avoriaz. Spotlessly clean and really spacious for 4 adults. Ski in and out is ideal and is a 50m walk to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend

Our 3 rd year at atria crozats - we love the location , ski room and staff, great to order bread from reception to collect fresh for breakfast . Easy access to restaurants bars and 2 supermarkets. Like there is a separate bedroom for kids. Negatives , sofa bed in lounge is a bit uncomfortable compared to proper bed, no oven, only microwave and hob in apartment .

Everything you'd want for self catering in Avoriaz
This residence is pretty standard self catering, but recently updated so has a clean & new feel. It's ski in ski out but only when there's enough snow and I'm told last Easter there wasn't - it's not in the centre of the village and there's just one ski trail to the residence which you have to get the chairlift to so if that's not working you have to do some walking up hill with boots & skis etc. There is an escalator up from the village centre right to the apartments which is helpful but many stairs down. Lovely views from every balcony. Overall, a great stay.

I will be back, so so happy I chose this hotel.
This hotel is a little gem in an amazing area. No more than 5 minutes hike from the nearest run. Great facility, the boot/board locker was very useful. The town is fantastic, all you can want is there. One down side was the room size, a little cramped for 5 adults, but I guess that comes down to me booking a room to maximum capacity. Four adults would be cosy, leaving the drop down bunk empty. The room and building was very clean and everything worked as it should. A spare roll or two of toilet paper wouldn't have gone a miss but we just added that to our shopping list and it didn't cost the earth. Heat and hot water were ample, never once had a problem with keeping the room warm even in -21°C.

Another great trip to Avoriaz
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and in particular the Alhena building. There were 6 adults this time around in a 2 bedroom appartment - there was more than enough room for us all. On arrival there was an issue with a bad smell outside of the appartment however the hotel reception were very prompt to send cleaners to deal with this. The appartment was clean and comfortable in the main with 3 separate bathrooms (1 shower/sink, 1 bath/shower/sink and 1 separate toilet) which worked well for 6 adults. The beds were on the firm side but this seems normal for ski apartments from our experiences over the last 15 years. Location good and the covered escalators into the town centre helpful. Free transfers are available from the Prodains cable car or the Welcome centre.

Beds and sofas are uncomfortable, not what you need after a day on the slopes. Kitchenette poorly equipped with mishmash collections of glasses and plates. Ski locker was too small to hold 2 sets of skis and boots, meant to serve 4 people.The staff were helpful and the block is well located with easy access to the shops and the slopes

The area around is really lovely! But this is not a hotel, they don’t provide any room service even cleaner. The reception guys is quite confused they don’t know English very well.

Great family time in the mountains
Good Personal was really friendly, ski-in, ski-out really fantastic. Lively atmosphere local area, swimming pool, other things to do besides skiing. Neutral Apartment small but adequate Room for improvement One cupboard and the dishwasher were not clean (and therefore dishwasher did not clean) Organization of trip from the parking to the apartment could be better organized. We had quite a long wait/procedure was unclear and baggage was dropped off at reception instead of apartment building, which meant we still had drag it to through the snow (on a sledge) WiFi Local area could be improved by having a dedicated sledging area that is open all day
