We had a great time . Staff were all so welcoming and helpful and smiling . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Odd thing may have not worked but it didn’t affect our stay . Breakfast was good. Could do with more seating by the beautiful Lake

The Cascades Hotel at Sun City Resort
The hotel is tired and in dire need of a refresh. The bathroom in the room especially is in desperate need of an upgrade. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet.
