"Property sent message asking for incidental deposit (that was never on the listing). The message asked me to send money to a CashApp account or a Zelle account. The CashApp account was provided but the Zelle account was only given a weird account name (—-@——-). When I tried to transfer with CashApp I received a msg saying this account looked like scam. I wrote back to the property asking for the Zelle account. The property never provided me that information. Instead they asked me to call a phone...

"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"I would guess this location is comparable to a Motel. Guess we are spoiled and expect more since we paid so much. This Hotel is not like a Marriott, but this was not anywhere close to that. The staff was a bit abrupt could've been better. The room smelled like cigarettes and uncleanliness...The carpet was stained, dirty and sticky in some areas. Old furniture and very outdated rooms. My wife was so uneasy staying here, so much that she slept with her clothing, just to shower in the morning....

"The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value."
