The place was closed. Start looking into the properties you are promoting and selling rooms for. There is no excuse for a customer to get to their booked hotel room and find out they have no place to stay.

You booked me into a hotel that has been closed for two months. Found out there was as a sheriff’s sale a week before the dates I was booked. Update your system. I will never use your service again and I will tell everybody I know!!

Outside grounds looked very unkempt. Side of building everyone was leaving large amounts of trash. The room was ok. Little outdated. I never had brown sheets before. I hope it was not due too cleaning ???

The price was low, but appropriate for the facility. Bedding was clean as was the bathroom. Carpeting and upholstery were worn and did not feel clean. TV was very good. Parking was close to room. Exterior rear door key card device was not functioning so entry was not secure. Area around the rear entry was filthy with cigarette butts. In general the hotel looked to be under stress. We did however sleep well.

The room itself was comfortable and clean if a little dated. The exterior and interior (lobby, office area, and hallways) were dirty, windows were broken and locks were missing from doors The lounge, restaurant, pool area were all closed and had been for quite awhile. The only available item for breakfast was coffee.

The front desk staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable but there was no wifi. The staff said it was a room wifi didn’t reach and offered to change our room, which was nice, but we declined. The pool looked somewhat dingy and we didn’t use it.

Cheap, horrible, horrific experience
This hotel was the epitome of something you would find in a horror movie. Literally in the middle of no where Minnesota. Location was hard to find, and it looked like the hotel had not been serviced or maintained for 50 years. Extremely worn down, smelled of smoke and mold. Wall paper was tearing away from the walls, locks to the hotel room door were broken. Brown towels that probably hadn’t been cleaned and or washed. Rooms were so dirty and dingy feeling that it was really uncomfortable staying there. Windows on bottom floor were slide out windows with no extra added locks and or security. Contenintal breakfast was advertised yet there was no food offered. Pictures of hotel made it appear to be better than it was. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP run down hotel. WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Thanks for your comment Kim! Ask yourself who is CHEAP, DISHONEST AND LIAR, GOD is your witness? It is embarrassing to say mature adult can cry for 5 dollar breakfast, I could have spend 5 bucks for you if you could have come at front desk. Temporarily we have stopped providing the breakfast due to COVID, Safety of our guest is our number one priority. Also, upon check out you left bloody pillows in your room "Disgusting" I could have charged extra for bloody pillows but I didn't, there is nothing wrong in the room or building but instead it's you.You lied when you booked online reservation to get a better rate stating that you had only one individual in the room. Instead you had 2 adults in the room it explain who is CHEAP and DISHONEST? Be kind and honest to others.We greatly appreciated your business and hope to see you again!!

When walked into my first room I saw lights without and thing covering it just open and could see mold. Took sheets off and there was brown stains, toilet was dirty, hairs in tub. They put us than into another room which had dirty wash clothes, holes in the wall, door would not close tight and dead bolt did not work. We were told a few days before when I called them they had free breakfast, a restaurant and a pool. No free breakfast, restaurant was not open and they said they had no chemicals for the pool. The security door box was ripped off the door and wires were hanging out. The front door to the hotel had broken glass.

Disgusting
The facility was filthy. All common areas were just disgusting. The room itself was not terrible but the windows were gross. You couldn't see out of them and they had years of dirt on the window sills. The security door into the hallway from outside didn't even have a lock on it. The box was empty with wires hanging out of it and the door didn't even close all the way. The towels and bed linens were stained and raggy looking. They didn't make up the room or freshen towels. I have never seen a worse hotel in my life.

Budget friendly but definitely well worn.
Nice staff, good service, but hotel is a little older and not kept up really well. Cleanliness was fair, but the air conditioning didn't work in my room and was very hot.

Hole in wall, mini fridge damaged, side entrance doesn’t have security so anyone can walk into the hotel, A/c doesn’t work, bed is uncomfortable, and sheets had stains on them.

We didn't like anything about the property, wore out, run down and filthy. The pool looked like something our of Chernobyl. My wife complained how dirty the bath tub was and the gal at the desk gave her a Magic Eraser to clean it. Hair in the sheets, dirt was swept behind the door. We left and asked for our money back of which she said see Orbitz even though we paid the hotel. We slept in the car and are our $272. Get them off your choice of motel selections before you lose all your customers

Was very unorganized, the locks on entrance doors were dissembled and wire hanging out loosely, the door was held open with a latch lock. The odor was of mold and mildew. The room had odors in it and spider webs everywhere. Unhealthy and disgusting. I did not stay! I never got my call back from Expedia for a refund either!! I will not use Expedia again!!!

There was no soap provided in the bathroom (not even hand soap) and no spare toilet paper. Towels had stains. Hotel staff was nice but the hotel itself is very run down and musty.

Very very old. It was clean and the one staff person we saw was very pleasant. Had to switch rooms because the first one had a non flushing toilet. It was a bargain. But seems this hotel is on its last legs.

The outside looks rather run down. My door key worked after 10 tries. The door to outside had mechanism removed and wires handing out. There was dust all over outlets. The mattress had a curve to it. The hallway was in need of a vacuum.

Horrible hotel
Very dirty, walls, carpet, furniture. Paint and plaster coming off the corners of the walls.Tube tv not flat screen, no coffee pot, no breakfast as advertised. Not even single serve items. Towels were old, stained and ragged. Lights flickered before coming on. One ice machine for the entire hotel. Found an old Doritos with chips in it on top of the air conditioner.

the hotel looked abandoned on the outside. There was trash on ground, 2 bags of open trash by hedges.several swallows flying around front entrance, nests up under awning & in corners of building. bird droppings in hotel windows. our mirror in our room was dirty, looked like handprints, our beds were so hard, my daughter woke up with a sore back. The carpet smelled musty and felt damp in places on our barefeet.I bought a scented candle to make the room smell better. I stayed 2 nites because the lady that checked us in gave us a good deal on our room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Filthy, no handle on bathroom door, bath fan sounded like a jet taking off, outside door security broken so no security to hotel what so ever. Walkway not shoveled. Almost broke our neck getting into motel. Breakfast had cereal but no milk. AND CHARGED $25 PET FEE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

It is close to the UMM and easy to find on the highway. It was dark. There was no restaurant or bar. The breakfast was simple continental. Coffee, cereal. The heat of the rooms was hard to control. The first room had no handle on the cold water in the shower/tub. The door was difficult to open. There are not microwaves in the rooms. The second room was much better. The hot water was hot and there was good water pressure.

The room had a very strong odor and was NOT clean! We had 3 rooms in our group and none of them were clean. The sheets had stains and the beds were visibly dirty. The counters had dried food on them and bathrooms were nasty. This was a most unpleasant experience! Even when we told them that our son with asthma could not stay in the room, they wouldn't refund our purchase. We finally decided to just leave and then they said they would give us a "partial" refund. We will never go back!
