"Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked"

The reception staff were friendly, and check‑in was quick and straightforward. The free parking right outside the property was very convenient and made the stay hassle‑free. Overall, a pleasant visit with clean rooms, good water pressure, and welcoming staff."

"I won't recommend to anyone who prefers to have a good night sleep, as at this place, the walls and floor of the rooms are like paper thin, i was able to hear every foot step, when a tap was turned on, and whispering from next door. There's no openable windows (just a frosted glass pane) in the room but still managed to be leaking lots of light into the room to irritate my sleep."
