"Reception very hard to understand. Booked a one apartment but had no table or chairs to eat from, only a breakfast bar. Property is situated very close to all amenities in Rye."

Weather wasn’t great and the paperwork said we had Kayo access for the football but no remote for the TV app - messaged the owners and no response until after we left Disappointing I also think if you are booked for four nights there should be enough coffee or tea for one a day for the price . We had two coffee bags and two teabags "

"Very clean apartment, 3 big bedroom, safe parking lot with secured gate. Great restaurants and takeaway shops just round the corner. Facing the wharf, only a 3 mins walk to the beach. Great location. Very enjoyable stay. "
