"I admire that the owner wants to make something of this delapidated property, but don't put people in rooms that have not been renovated yet. Gaps in windows and doors that let bugs in; floors that are uneven and feel like you'll fall through; mattresses that Creek and groan because the springs are totally shot. These and many other items need to be upgraded BEFORE allowing guests to stay in them. And the low price does not justify the poor conditions. Please take more pride in your...
