Cottages in Morgan County

"This was our second stay, and we already can’t wait to return! Communication is top-notch, and the Barn is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hosts have truly thought of every detail—it feels like the perfect home away from home. Cozy, inviting, and full of thoughtful little touches (including some extra-special treats!). We’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. "This Bloomington cabin was a glam cabin. The host invested in quality construction, appliances and a thoughtful layout. I applaud the host for not carpeting the large open concept apartment! This is soo important when hosting animals. The wood floors were gorgeous! All of this made our stay truly relaxing!"

"Garden in bad condition, outlets not working, mattresses not comfortable "

"House was clean, the beds were comfortable, and parking was very easy! The hosts were welcoming and the neighborhood was fun and convenient to other parts of the city. "

"Great location and price for graduation weekend. Loved the outdoor areas and the Hoosier decorations! Very well stocked for renters."

"We stayed at the cottage during the long weekend of my grandson's graduation. It was a peaceful retreat for me and my friend, amid all of the family celebrations. It is in a country setting, yet within easy access of restaurants and shopping. The hosts have provided all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. Thank You!"

"This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately. It’s an accommodation most rental owners don’t give, and I deeply appreciated it. Its close proximity to the Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indianapolis makes it a perfect location to reach...
